My name is Dr Anita Barta, and I am the owner of ‘Autójogász’, a company that is part of the Barta Group.
But who exactly is an automotive law specialist?

In addition, an automotive law specialist generally has extensive knowledge of vehicle technology, maintenance and repairs, as well as trends and developments in the automotive industry. They can offer advice and recommendations before a vehicle purchase and provide information about changes within the automotive sector.

I currently hold five degrees: in economics, business communication, judicial administration, law and fundamental rights protection.
My legal career began in 2010, when I enrolled in the Judicial Administration programme at the Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs. In 2012, I began studying law alongside my judicial administration studies while working. I completed my studies in Budapest in 2017 at Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary.
My connection with cars goes back to my early childhood, and vehicles have always been an integral part of my everyday life. In 2010, I began my professional career at the Barta Group, our family business.
The Barta Group is a centrally managed, two-generation family business with a distinguished automotive heritage. It plays a significant role in the automotive trade in Central Europe, both in Hungary and internationally. In Hungary, it operates a distinctive car rental business, alongside fleet management, vehicle dealerships and authorised service centres.
