BARTA TRAINING CENTRE

A place where learning becomes a shared experience.

The Barta Training Centre was established in March 2023 in just eight months. By creating this training facility, the family-founded Barta Group, which has been operating since 1990, embarked on a new path. This was a new direction not only because the Group had previously focused primarily on vehicle sales, exports and rentals, but also because business management was still a relatively new field within dual vocational training.

The new training facility is a distinctive addition to dual education in Tolna County, providing practical training under real business conditions for up to 60 students studying in the economic field. Its operation is based primarily on close cooperation with secondary vocational schools specialising in economics. The institution welcomes students in accordance with applicable legislation, and they complete their practical training under vocational training employment contracts, receiving wages during their placement.

The Barta Training Centre welcomes 13th-year students from Bezerédj István Technical School, part of the Tolna County Vocational Training Centre. The practical experience students gain in finance and accounting helps them find employment and integrate into business organisations after completing their training.

The Centre’s teaching and coordination team strives to make learning an enjoyable experience, allowing students to acquire practical skills in a relaxed, welcoming and family-like atmosphere.

“The Barta Training Centre is extremely important because it enables the economic sector to participate in dual vocational training. It is particularly valuable that the Barta Group provides insight into this field, as companies working in finance and taxation are often reluctant to take on students.”

— Csaba Dömötör, Chancellor, Tolna County Vocational Training Centre —

“The Group’s decision is exemplary and supports the training of skilled professionals. It is encouraging that this responsibility is not borne by the state alone, but that private companies also take part.”

— Kálmán Horváth, County Governor, Tolna County —

“The community here at the Barta Training Centre is truly special. We work to ensure that you not only gain knowledge, but also experience a warm, family-like atmosphere where learning and personal development become enjoyable experiences.”

— Zsuzsanna Magyar, Andrea Lorenc and Noémi Pesti, Teachers and Training Coordinators, Barta Training Centre —

“This is a great opportunity for me because I can gain a lot of experience here, not only in theory but also in practice, which will benefit me in the future. The atmosphere is very friendly and family-like, so I really enjoy being here.”

— Gitta Balogh, Student, Bezerédj István Technical School, Tolna County Vocational Training Centre —
